| Programme Description | | Graduates will have the skills and knowledge to make decisions on the development of property, investment property and the management of property. These decisions are ncreasingly complex, involving high levels of professional and technical knowledge, an understanding of how real estate markets operate and how to manage real estate from development feasibility to eventual use. With this Honours Degree, you will be able to diversify into a broad range of activities, including: land use planning, management & marketing, property development, property investment and corporate real estate.

Modules: Year 1: | | Construction Technology, Building Systems, Learning and Research Skills, Economics for Construction & Property Specialists, Built Environment Law, Land Use & Planning, Property Valuations.

| | Investment Valuations, Statutory Valuations, Construction Technology, Property Law, Estate Agency Practice Property Management & Marketing, Real Estate Economics, Conservation & Architectural Heritage, Planning for Development, Development Valuations & Integrated Project.

| Year 3:
| | Work Placement Year – Active Learning, Diary Report, Professional Competencies, Dissertation Research, Management Practice in the Built Environment and Capstone Project. (Students who are unable to secure a Work Placement will be required to complete an Academic Year. 3rd Year Students can do their work placement abroad).

| | Property Investment & Development Appraisal, Specialist Valuations, Property Management Practice, Planning & Social Policy, Financial Management & Taxation, Urban Economics & Regional Policy, Dissertation, Sustainable Construction.
