The Department of Applied Social Sciences warmly invite you to our 5th Annual DASS Conference 'Nurturing the Vocational Space in a Professionalised and Regulated World - Practising What We Preach' at LIT Thurles Campus on Wednesday, 3rd April 2019.

We are delighted to have a range of expertise and knowledge to showcase on the day. The conference will feature research presentations from our Department staff & postgraduate and undergraduate students, along with practitioner insights. The conference provides us with the perfect opportunity, alongside our keynote speaker from Sligo, Dr. Perry Share, to 'practise what we preach'.
