Community

As part of its vision of providing active leadership in the region it serves, LIT actively engages with communities in Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. This engagement takes a wide variety of forms, including participation on Boards and Committees of various organisations, providing strategic guidance and evidence generation for communities and other organisations and giving guidance and advice on governance and other issues.

LIT also works closely with, Enterprise Ireland, the IDA, Failte Ireland, Local Government, Local Enterprise Offices, Local Development Companies, the HSE, Shannon Airport Authority, the Southern and Eastern Regional Assembly and a variety of other local organisations in a variety of ways including the implementation of collaborative projects and the provision of consultancy services.
