Marketing, Enterprise & Digitial Communications
The aim of this two-year programme is provide the learner with a foundation in the development of entrepreneurial, commercial and practical business skills. This programme of study is designed to equip the graduate with a solid grounding in business and in particular, Entrepreneurship.
Students will have approximately 24 hours of time tabled activities per week which include lectures and tutorials as well as a range of practical learning experiences, such as, business case studies, industry project work and computer practicals, plus mid and end of year examinations.
What are the entry requirements?
Applicants must have 5 O6/H7 grades or higher at Ordinary Level in 5 Leaving Certificate subjects. Two of these subjects must include Mathematics and a Language (English or Irish).
Applicants presenting QQI FET/FETAC qualifications must hold a Full Level 5 Award totalling 120 Credits.
Applicants presenting qualifications other than those mentioned above will be assessed on an individual basis.
Mature Applicants (i.e. over 23) are exempt from the normal entry requirements.

Are there opportunities for further study?
Graduates who obtain a Pass in the Higher Certificate in Business in Entrepreneurship (Level 6) may apply to progress to Stage 3 of the Bachelor of Business (Hons) Degree Programme in Entrepreneurship (Level 8), subject to availability of places.
