If you are in crisis please make contact with the service as soon as possible by calling (061) 293129 or emailing counselling@lit.ie and we will ensure to give you an emergency slot that day or as soon as possible.
Out of Hours Service
The Student Counselling Service only operates during Monday to Friday during business hours.
If you are at risk please contact the A&E Crisis Team on (087) 6472354 or phone the Samaritans on (1850) 609090.
A new 24/7 crisis text line is now available to everyone in the TUS community. It is a safe space where you're supported by a trained volunteer. So if you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed or sad - text LIT to 50808.
