My Mind Matters
My Mind Matters (MMM) is an online mental health and wellbeing resource for third-level students in Ireland. The aim of MMM is to develop secure access for Irish third-level students across third level institutions to online credible mental health and wellbeing information and various online support services.
turn2me.org (formerly Reach Out) is a service dedicated to taking the mystery out of mental health. We aim to provide quality assured mental health information and inspiring real life stories by young people to help other young people get through tough times. Turn2Me also provides information about other services that can help young people deal with mental health problems.
Cairde.ie is a community development organisation working to tackle health inequalities among ethnic minority communities by improving ethnic minority access to health services, and ethnic minority participation in health planning and delivery. Participate, is a research project that aims to develop online programmes to boost student participation and to tackle social anxiety problems.
The Participate project was initiated by the National University of Ireland, Galway, and this is a research application of the project being organised in collaboration with Limerick Institute of Technology.
