Analytical Methods Research Group

The National Greyhound Laboratory conducts research into methodologies of detection of prohibited substances in racing greyhounds. Such methods are developed from the research phase to application to real samples taken in and out of competition in Ireland.

The lab is particularly focused on development of LCMS and GCMS techniques. Both screening and confirmatory methods are developed.
