The Freedom of Information Act 2014 provides that individuals are entitled to apply for access to information held in records that are not otherwise publically available to them.

- The right to have official records containing personal information relating to them amended where it is incomplete, incorrect or misleading;
- The right to obtain reasons for decisions affecting them taken by a public body
This website makes available a range of information about LIT through the Model Publication Scheme. We also publish a disclosure log providing details of FOI requests processed by LIT since 2015.
