International Annual Fees
Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree (Honours) (Level 8) €10,250 per year
Postgraduate Higher Diploma (Level 8) €10,750 per year
Taught Masters (Level 9) €11,250 per year
Research Masters (Level 9) €12,250 per year
Research PhD (Level 10) €12,750 per year
All fees are payable in advance of joining programme.
Fees include:
- Access to Student Services
- International Orientation for all Programmes during the first week of September
- Airport Pickup (details provided with offer letter)
Fee Payment
LIT uses the online system Flywire in order to process fees from outside of Ireland. To pay your fees, you must hold a conditional offer from LIT. If you hold a conditional offer from LIT, you can pay here on the Flywire platform.
For students paying from within the Republic of Ireland, we ask you to contact international@lit.ie for information on how to proceed with your payment.
Scholarships
A number of academic scholarships are available for new international students:
- Merit-based President's Scholarship
- Early Payment Scholarship
- Alumni Scholarship
All Scholarship Awards will be decided by LIT using verified documentary evidence submitted with online applications.
Merit-based President's Scholarship
A limited number of Merit-based President's Scholarships of €1,000 is offered to high-achieving prospective students, upon the assessment of their application by the Office of International Services and the relevent academic faculty.
Minimum requirements to apply for an Academic Scholarship:
- An IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent to all applicants
- Country-specific grade requirements in previous studies (e.g. B Credit grade average)
Early Payment Scholarship
A student who pays their tuition fees before 1st May is eligible to receive a €1,000 bursary towards their fees. Students must have a conditional offer from LIT before paying their fees.
