Eoin is a chartered physiotherapist and a lecturer in the Department of Sport, Leisure and Tourism. As many more of us are beginning to work from home, Eoin will bring us tips and strategies that we can all use for better desk health. Each of Eoin's episodes will be published here every Wednesday at 1pm.
Eoin will also go through a full mobility routine to help prevent those aches and pains, before finishing with a full body pilates class in week three.
