Meet Amy, a lecturer in the Department of Sport, Leisure and Tourism and a Performance Nutritionist with the Tipperary Senior Footballers. Every Monday at 1pm, over the next three weeks, Amy will be bringing us simple and effective breakfasts, grab and go snacks for lunch and providing us with tips and tricks to ensure that the batch cooked dinners she makes, taste and look great.
