Stacey Burns Graduate Profile

Since graduating from the Creative Media and User Experience Design course, I have worked in the technology and banking sectors where I have held both UX research and Product Design roles, and moved up to a senior level within 4 years of graduating. The course set me up to understand design, technology, development and UX. The skills I learned were diverse and transferable, but I was given the space to apply these skills in the areas I was most interested in. The dynamic in the college with small classes and friendly and approachable lecturers really set me up with the confidence I needed to go into a job. As a final year college student I was anxious about starting a career, but the industry has been booming with endless opportunities since I graduated, and is only growing.
