Make time for relaxation

  • If possible, practice mindfulness everday.
  • Practice relaxation techniques.
  • Medidate between lectures or busy periods.
  • Adopt mindfulness while exercising.
  • Expect Ups & Downs.
  • Try not to be discouraged, just start again and build momentum.
