Learning Support Unit

Supporting Your Learning Experience

The Learning Support Unit provides free academic support to all registered TUS students on request. All services are based on a supervised self-help model involving tutors and students. Tutorial support is available by application (click on the button: Apply for Learning Support)

Workshops such as, Study Skills, Time Management, Exam Preparation, Maths and Academic Writing can be organised by contacting us directly. We also provide English language support classes for International students -see English Language Classes

Academic Writing for Final Year Project for Science students

On Wednesday 27th October at 11am an online (Zoom) workshop will be co-hosted by Science tutor, Iain Murray and the Academic Writing Tutor, Emer Connolly. It is aimed at final project Science students, but would also be useful for other students with major (full) lab reports to prepare.

 All students across the TUS are welcome to attend.
