Meet Michael, another one of our lecturers in the Department of Sport, Leisure and Tourism. Michael has put together three great workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment required. At 1pm every Tuesday, Michael’s videos will be published live on this page to help you build up a sweat.
For the first two weeks, Michael will demonstrate a resistance training session which you can join in. In the third week Michael will move to a more cardiovascular based session.
